Ian Duncan is the founder and existing Managing Director of Duncan Allison. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has specialised in the property investment market for over 20 years. He is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman to The Chartered Surveyors’ Company. His formative training was gained with some of the leading surveying practices in the United Kingdom and Europe. Ian was one of the first Chartered Surveyors to advise institutional and private German and French investors in the Central London markets and has also advised a number of other overseas investors including Middle Eastern and Japanese. In addition he has represented a variety of UK institutions, Property Companies and Private Investors on the acquisition, sale and development of some of the most significant properties in London.

Ingebjørg Tveito is Norwegian and has been living in the UK for over 25 years; she is fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English. Ingebjørg initially spent 10 years working in the Oil industry and has a degree in Economics and an MBA from Bath University. Ingebjørg is able to bring a depth of experience to Duncan Allison together with an important link between the UK and the Scandinavian countries.
